What color would bring my eyes out more?

I have the same deal trust me its all in the eyeliner not so much they shadows. I personally like a soft purple or blue eyeliner it helps give the eyes a little pop. I used to think eyeshadows were what i need to change but changing up they eyeliner really helped a lot more. Hope this helps :]]
