Will this laptop suffice?

I am thinking of getting a laptop, it will need to do office, internet browsing, some low games (such as age of empires 3) and small multitasking. Not needed but wondering whether it would be able to do things like COD6 or video editing. The specs are a Core duo T4400 CPU, Windows 7 Home Premium, 3GB DDR2 RAM, 500GB SATA Hard drive and Intel GMA 4500 Graphics. Thanks a lot
