Do you have the ledger balance to back up what you say or are your words just a stack of overdrafts? Neither?

I nearly always say what I mean and mean what I say and I don't believe in making empty promises and statements 'just because'. It's a waste of time. Too many spout off millions of meaningless words just for something to say, but people trust me because what I say carries weight.
