No, you can't sue the police and they arrested you for public nudity which was probably illegal in your area. Umm... hmm I don't think you can sue because that was technically your fault unless the officer was to provide you some form of clothing once you got to the station by law which in most case they do so out of pity although I don't know a law that disallows an officer from throwing you in jail without any clothes
