Trying to remember name of a ghost movie, ghost wants revenge after being burned to death in dumpster?

can't remember the name of this movie, its about an Iraqi soldier who gets back from iraq and gives his son a lighter, basically his son and their friends murder an iraqi looking kid, they beat him and burn him in a dumpster and he comes back as a burnt ghost and follows this dad around doing things to him until the friends die in a car crash and the dad shoots the kids mom...
