Although you've expended a lot of energy trying to verbalize your rash, "a picture is worth a thousand words". Why didn't you just post a good sharp picture of the rash? Dermatology is a visual science, and although a "sandpaper" rash is described for scarlet fever, it'd be hard to ascribe that to you without a sore throat or a fever.
