My parents are controlling what i do with my daughter?

my parents say her father can come here 3 times a week to see her and i can only go there every once in a while. him and i pay for everything for her. i have a job and provide everythiing. we just want her to have a good life and theyre trying to ruin it. they shut off my phone and always hide the computer from me so i have no way of contacting him. also i have too have permission for him to come over. and they say if he comes too see her when theyre not home theyll call the police and get him arrested. are they able to do that?
