I need to identify this cutlery?

My parents have a 133 piece set of cutlery with gold inlay. It bears the word Jager and what appears to be a trademark of a kneeling rifleman. It was made in Germany (we know that much). Does anyone know how to identify the manufacturer & possible valuation as they want to sell it?
