How long did it take you to get a Positive Pregnancy Test?

Okay so the hubby & I are currently TTC. I am 11 DPO & took a pregnancy test this morning that was negative. I know not to get my hopes down just yet since that is too early to test but I was just wondering how long it took each of you to get a BFP like how many days past ovulation or days after AF? & I have had a few symptoms but the only one that I could think of that might possibly be linked to less things other than pregnancy was the veins in my are bulging out which the last time I ever experienced this was when I was pregnant with my daughter. Did any of you experience this during pregnancy & is there any other possiblity this symptom could be linked to something else and if so please explain. But the main question is how many days past ovulation or past the day you were pose to start did you get a positive pregnancy test??? & please specify which one. Thanks.
