I would NOT do this trade. Morales has been as good or better than Berkman alone and you would have to downgrade at ss. I just finally dropped Hardy. He is like a cancer, you have a nice balanced team. Go drop Hardy and snag Lugo, he may finally be ready to produce now that he will get regular leadoff at bats.
