Did I break my toe. in severe pain?

I hit my toe on a table and i felt severe pain immediatly and it went numb. It fells very stiff and very painful right now even without any pressure on it. When I touch it, it feels very very warm and the rest of my toes are cold. I broke my toe a few months ago and it feels about the same.
