Are you smarter than your spouse? How much does intellect matter to you?

Smarter in what way exactly? If you're talking about IQ, he and I are about the same (him being 2 pts above mine). I'm more logical, he's more rational (at least in my opinion). When it comes to common sense, I beat him hands down but he is more emotionally under control than I am so for us it doesn't matter. What matters is that we get along great and can communicate our differences in an adult manner. That's one of the reasons why we married each other.
